Bryson's Summer!!

Bryson was on the go all summer long. It was to hard to keep the blog up and try to get a little work in. So here is Bryson summer from Memorial day to Labor Day. Click the Links or Just scroll thru. Labor Day '10

Well with the Oil in the Gulf but none in site at Fort Walton Beach we couldn't pass up the great prices and flew instead of driving over to Fort Walton Beach. That also gave us 2 extra days at the beach so it was a nice change. Bet you cant guess who was there? Yup it was Uncle Greg and Aunt Kathy (Link to their Pictures when posted)



B woke up ready to go. He saw the water and was already telling us to hurry up.

This is pretty much what we did every day. Get sunscreen on and head to the water. B had a play pool set-up for him on the dock so when it was Adult swim time he had a place to go to rest and get ready to go back to swimming. Walmart had 6 packs of water guns for a dollar. When B first got this water gun he knew what it was suppose to do put couldn't quite figure it out. By the end of the week with help from his honorary aunt Michelle he was filling it up with water and squirting anybody and everything!!

B does not like showers!! However at the beach it is OK to take one were you are outside. All you have to do is turn the water on and he strips washes all the pieces and soaps himself up and rinses off! So I guess Dad needs to go ahead and build a shower outside in Texas and that way B can take showers.

B went on a couple of boat rides and stayed awake for them all! Even got to drive for a little while until his dad thought for sure the sheriff boat was going to come over and check it out to see if there was any drinking going on with the number of figure 8 the boat was doing.

The last night B went for a BBQ at Uncle Genes house and went swimming (of course). Dad was doing some cannon balls off the diving board and B couldn't resist. However mom after having no problem with it got cold feet at the end. But after a little nudging B did some jumps until dad needed a rest.

Mr Alligator Visit

Bryson had an Alligator stop by school and visit.

I have no idea what is going on in that last picture. I do know however that this is the first day sweet little B got into trouble for talking to much! The only way we know it is we got the monthly newsletter and there is an over all picture of the classroom. And in that picture in the very back of the room sitting in the teachers lap is sweet little B. So when we asked (since we didn't get a full copy of that picture so at least they like him enough to protect him) they told us that he was very outspoken that day and wanted to teach the class that day on alligators. And since he has so many books on them I would say he probably is a bit of an expert!

Chattanooga

B Flew into Chattanooga (well into B-ham and then drove up) for Grandpas Birthday. Guess who else showed up! Yup Uncle Greg oh and Aunt Kathy (here is a link to their pictures).

Bryson Absolutely loves to fly. Now whether everyone around him want to talk to him the whole flight or watch wiggles that might be another story!! But he has is own Frequent Flyer Number and is racking them up. Just hope he will take his parents when he gets enough for a free ticket!

Grandpa took B to the Aquarium. B really didn't get the big fascination everyone had with the butterflies. He would just say I Don't Know if you asked him were one was. I think he likes them in his books when they are three feet wide and have a huge smile on their face. Now the penguins were a different story. He loved them and couldn't believe how they would swim right up to him on the glass and follow his every move.

And of course no post would be complete without B in a pool!

July 4th an Etherton Beach Adventure

Waiting on Pictures to finish this weekend out.

Bryson and Company drove over to Fort Walton Beach to have a beach meet-up with his cousins from Alabama. Even though water conditions could have been a little better there are always enough pools and great sunshine to go around!

Only adult brave enough to get in the pool with three little boys.

Yes Boys once a year you have to endure your crazy moms dressing you up in matching outfits. At least they give you ice cream to make it right.

Got to have some watermelon at the beach.Trying to get the boat in with what seemed like 30 mile wind gust.

B was also surprised with his new bed. He really liked it and felt he was king of the world having his own little bed. He only sort of rolled out of it a couple of times. So who knows maybe your mom and dad will give you some freedom with your crib at home. Well as soon as everyone decided to head home to go back to work the wind died down and the water smoothed out like glass. So we took B out on a cruise. We had only made it 5 min from the Dock before little man shut his eyes, snuggled up to his uncle Gene and took a snooze for the next hour long boat ride.
