Finished ?

Well the room is done???? However there is still a mystery that we have decided to hold out on. It is the one thing Kristi and I have different opinions on through out the last 7.5 months. She says tell all I say hold a little back. So here is a little taste of the finished product. Come back in the middle of March to see the full room or you are always welcome to visit.

Slacker Blogger & Baby Update

Well since it got pointed out that I have been slacking on my blogging duties this will be a couple of doctors appointments put together. Mom and Baby are healthy and doing well. Kristi is in her 34th week and the baby weight is estimated at around 5lbs 6oz. Weight gain has been on track. Nurse said there wasn't one between 32-34 but Kristi said she knew it was 1.5 from the last weigh in but she isn't going to complain about a 0 any day! Heart beats :

30 week visit...baby’s heart rate was in the 150s but she couldn't’t get an exact number as he had the hiccups...
32 week visit...baby’s heart rate was 147
34 week visit...baby’s heart rate was 141

Bump

The Renovation

Even though we are about 90% complete on the preparations of our house. I still cant figure out which would have been easier. To clean out and move things around or to just buy a new house! We turned the yellow room or the guest room into the baby’s room and the office into the new guest room. That meant we moved most of the office stuff out to the game room which meant I had to give up the pool table for the time being. Here are some pictures of the transformation.

And a picture of what the aftermath of an explosion looks like!

Snow Day

NO THIS IS NOT HOUSTON!!! This is Baby Grahams future big cousin Noah playing in the snow for the first time in B-ham. Looks like fun but now that I have to use vacation to stay home on a day like this, I will stick with our 50 degree winters.

Disclaimer: Not responsible for sports teams logo's that Noah's parents dress him in.

1ST Baby Shower

Being home for the holidays made it a great time for a B-ham baby shower. Family and friends were able to come in from around the state but many also participated from long distances with care packages. It is great to know we are so lucky to have a great support structure.

Special thanks to Natalie and Keri for letting people into their homes and getting invitations out.

I am sure TSA is going to love seeing us in the security line.

26 Week Check-Up

Well we had our last four week check up. Yeah!!! Oh wait now we have to go every two weeks. Baby Graham doesn't mind but I think his dad will be skipping some of these next couple. Spending an hour in the waiting room with 50 pregnant women at 7am Fri mornings and then realizing that it is just another pee in the cup and heart Doppler check is some how getting old. Even had some breast feeding mom giving me the dirty look like I was trying to check her out or something!

On a positive note mom and baby are doing great. Baby Graham had a 152 BPM heart rate and it took the lady like 2 sec to get a reading (normally this has been taking up to a minute to find). So he is definitely getting big. Mom got to do the glucose/sugar test thing but said it wasn't as bad as she had heard and is just glad it is over.

We had Christmas parties every day this past week so hopefully we will get a picture back from one of them and I can get it up. Kristi will also be having her first Baby Shower next week in B-ham so I will try to get some pics from that.

Also we wanted to congratulate the King Family on the birth of their son Logan (aka Whizz Kid). You can check out his pictures by clicking here . Baby Graham can't wait to have a play date....maybe at an Auburn Game next year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL !! !!!!!!
